STEP 1- CUSTOMIZED SOLUTION

Ready to outsource your fulfillment? Contact Sunsonexpress and a business development manager will assigned for support during whole process. For each merchant, we will review your products, inventory needs, target market, and answer any questions you may have. After that we will analyse their business needs and offer the best fulfillment and shipping solution.

STEP 2- SEND INVENTORY TO Sunsonexpress

After you’ve created your free user account, please create ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) and ship your product inventory to Sunsonexpress center. There are no minimum volume requirements, ship as many items as you’d like. Businesses can take advantage of Sunsonexpress’s discounted outbound shipping rates.

Our team receive your stock, carry out detailed checks, take photographs or conduct Q.C. to your specifications, then find a home for it in your chosen order fulfillment centre,you can monitor and control your inventory via account center。

Step 3 - CREATE ORDER

Consumers place orders through your ecommerce website, and you submit them to Sunsonexpress team either through API, batch upload via a CSV or manually create orders.

Your orders are received and scanned directly into our system using our in-house warehouse management system.

Step 4 - PICK, PACK AND SHIP TRACKING

Once you submit orders in the account center before our cut off time, Sunsonexpress is committed same day fulfillment. We’ll pick and pack carefully and arrange the international shipping quickly. Meanwhile you are allow to have complete visibility and control into the fulfillment process through the account center.

Step 5- CONSIGNEE RECEIVE PARCEL
